Self-Doubt - Your Biggest Enemy

In order for you to achieve what you have set out for yourself, you need courage, confidence and attitude, but self-doubt is most of the time your biggest enemy.

Self-doubt makes you think you are not good enough and you retreat into a cell you have built yourself.

The key is to recognize the walls of this cell and learn how to counter act self-doubt. Self-doubt is a toxin that stays in your body and mind and shatters you from within. It makes you think irrationally and feel unworthy, on autopilot.

If self-doubt is not dealt with head on, it will take deep root within and make it difficult to uproot such feelings .

People living on auto-pilot of self-doubt will always think of themselves as someone who does not have what it takes to succeed.

To succeed just feel impossible.

Self-doubt is a lack of confidence which give way to hesitation and indecisiveness.

If not dealt with, it will mislead you from your life-purpose.

Acceptance of such negative feelings turns it into a belief system which makes one stop attempting anything and gives up all hope as well. The longer it’s left undealt with, the more difficult it becomes to get out of a rut of self-doubt.

Take into consideration the consequences self-doubt have on your life. Start by identifying hidden doubts.

It’s important to always keep in mind that failures and success go hand-in-hand. Failure is an important part of success. It is life’s greatest teacher. It builds character. Accept it without having any negative thoughts about it.

Self-confidence is all about taking action and to try, and to try again.

You will always learn from failures. Become your own best fan!

Start by taking care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Accept and love yourself exactly as you are. Feel the love others have for you.
