It's All About You

Your brain’s favourite thoughts can be very negative: “I am unlikeable”, “I am a loser”, “Nobody likes me”

And when you believe all those things your brain tells you, all you see is evidence of all these negative thoughts. Because that is what brains do. They look for evidence to prove their beliefs true. And they interpret the circumstances and situations in our lives through the lens of what we already believe.

All while completely ignoring all the evidence that suggested the opposite is true.

But when you change your beliefs, your brain will no longer see your life through a lens of unhelpful, limiting beliefs. And you will start to show up with confidence.

Your subconscious drives your behaviour. Changing the beliefs stuck on auto pilot in your subconscious brain changes your experience of your entire life.

By being aware of something, you can start to change it.

Your brain determines your entire life.

- How much money you make

- The quality of your relationships

- How happy you are

- Your health and well-being

- How you treat others

It determines everything! Do you ever stop and even wonder what your self-image is.

The good news is, you get to decide your self-image on purpose! It is not up to other people to decide who you are. It is not about what has happened in your past. In this moment you get to decide who you are. You get to decide your self-image.

If you don’t consciously program your subconscious mind, you will continue to create the same results.

If you want more out of life and you do desire to see what’s possible and want to rock this one life that you have, changing your self-image is mandatory.

Fear will still run through you, but you will have an inner strength to overcome it. Fearlessness doesn’t exist, you learn to navigate your life from the vision you have of your future.

Self-image is how you think about and see yourself. And the good news is, you get to decide.

“I am” are the two most powerful words you will ever speak because they form your self-image. So just take a moment and ask yourself, “Who am I?” Do you like your answer?

Every single day, your brain is spouting out I am statements. Unconsciously. And they are probably not useful.

Your life is a reflection of your self-image. Your subconscious mind is always working to make sure your “real” world is in alignment with your inner world. You cannot create results beyond your self-image. Because you are always going to be working to prove yourself true. You have a dream of financial freedom but you have the image of someone who is not good with finances. You want to lose weight but you have the self-image of an overweight person. You want to have more friends, but you don’t believe you are worthy. You want to grow your business, but you don’t see yourself as a successful CEO – you feel stuck because you can’t seem to create results. You are frustrated. But to create better results, all you need is a better self-image.

It's all about how you feel about yourself, how you limit yourself, all the excuses you have as to why the life you want is not possible! Life can be very different when you live limitless, when you realise there is an abundance of resources, abundance of money, there is an abundance of whatever it is that you are looking for!

In the school of confidence, we firstly focus on your mindset and how the brain works – every thought you think is a product of your core beliefs. It is shaping your self-image and your self-image is shaping your entire life.

You get to decide who you are. You get to decide what you believe. Everything you think is optional. But if you continue to think them, you will continue to create the same results. Investing in your mind is the greatest investment you will ever make.

YOUR MIND IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL TOO THAT YOU HAVE and you have to managed it like a CEO to create the results that you want to create.

Secondly, we focus on the trap of self-doubt, which is literally the direct opposite of Self-Confidence. And it is these building blocks of self-doubt that are keeping you stuck. By understanding how your brain uses the 4 legs of self-doubt, you will easily break the cycle that is holding you back.

Thirdly, we work through how you communicate who you are to the world - Body language and verbal communication, your essence.

Just be honest with yourself right now, and do it from a place from love for yourself, don’t ever judge yourself, but do you like how you are showing up right now in your life and in your essence?

Your essence is informing YOU of how you should think about yourself! Your brain looks back at yourself for cues on how to feel. Your essence sends a message to yourself and the world.

Be Intentional, send the right messages to your brain and show up as who you want to be.
